Refund policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide returns on a food/beverage product.

Returns will only be accepted in the following issues

· Damaged / Defective product

In case the packaging or product was damaged/defective, please notify us at teastorybyhs@gmail.com. Subjected to verification, we will replace the product immediately.

· Incorrect product

In case we have shipped a wrong product or quantity, please notify us at teastorybyhs@gmail.com and we will replace it immediately (Subjected to verification).

· Expired product

In case you have recived an expired product, please notify us at teastorybyhs@gmail.com and we will replace it immediately (Subjected to verification).

To process any return the product must be sealed and unopened or else the return will be rejected. (Subjected to verification- photos/ videos of the unopened product are required).

Full amount paid will be refunded to the original source of payment only in case of duplicate payment or Order cancellation. For other concerns, please reach out to us on teastorybyhs@gmail.com 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of order is allowed within 2 hours of order being placed but once order id dispatched, cancellation or modification is not possible.

To cancel your order please email us at teastorybyhs@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
